Nobody seen the page in the manual to put it in 7th gear? You pull the reverse lockout, and push the shifter to the right side and up and there's a secret gate that lands you in 7th gear.

Apparently. If you turn off all the nannies, you're more likely to get into accidents. Go figure.

Sarcasm aside. Thx info! I was thinking about carbon fiber hood and trunk. But if the metal is aluminum, i prob skip them and save a lot of dough.....that i can use for baking cookies by putting sugar in the gas tank via easy bake feature. Will post pictures.

Another secret tip is if you hold down the horn whenever you accelerate from a full stop it activates road rage in other cars nearby.

Not only is there a shift light with audible beep, it's also possible to activate a gear indicator on a manual car. It also has upshift indicators for maximum MPG.

I tend to buy cars I love and hold onto them for a while, my prev cars to the BRZ was a '90 Civic Si for 16 years and a '02 Tacoma for 6 years, probably why the BRZ/FRS interior and HU looks awesome to me while others seem disappointed by it.

So newfangled things like a gas cap holder are like advanced magic from the future to me

I've noticed that when I hit the pedal in the middle, the car starts to slow down. This must be a new thing Toyota is doing.

If you turn on your hazards and press your DISP button, your NOS kicks in.

My dad's corolla has a little arrow pointing at the side of the car the gas tank is on next to the guage and I was kind of disappointed when I thought the FR-S didn't have one, but if you look closely, next to the little gas pump symbol there is a tiny arrow that points to the passanger side.

Well.... there IS that pesky "unintentional acceleration" thing they still combat in the marketplace... do you blame them??
