BRZ + GT86(FE) + GTB + REAL Italian GIRLS

Hi guys!

This is my Photo Shooting taken at the end of june, with my friend Ste4 and two of my model friends: Martina and Liri! (real italian girls )
There are my white pearl BRZ and the red GT86 First Edition of Ste4 and a Ferrari GTB in original condition! The Location is at the Officina Lorenzini a garage specialized in race tuning.

I always wanted to take photos with my friend and the cars for a long time, and finally I did it!

Hope you enjoy!

You know what separates professional models from amateur models? Facial expressions. Lately the posts with "models" I've seen have these girls that are beautiful but just have this dumb, stonefaced, half-smiling, or awkwardly serious look on their faces trying to imitate what the Tyra Banks of the world do, and just can't get it right. They're better off with a simple smile if they can't pull it off. Sorry if they're friends of yours I don't mean to offend, they are beautiful girls.

I'd take the little short haired one out to a nice seafood dinner, AND call her again.

No offense... the photos look so jarring because the poses are so unnatural. The lighting also doesn't enhance the car or the model from the background. So it just blends into a really singular shallow depth-of-field. You also have some harsh shadows coming across the cars and the faces of the girls. You need a couple of floods and a diffuser.

No offense!
Constructive criticism is always appreciated! But, please take a look at the location first or just ask for the setup!
It's a closed long and narrow garage. Any light you want to use create a shadows or reflection at the background. I use wideangle to shoot this photos from 16mm to 24mm in FX! Every lights I want to use in fill mode would appear in the picture. I don't like this. In this case I use 3 point lights in softbox, umbrella and a pannel to reduce shadows on the girls.
Oh.. other things I use intentionally a closed diaphragm f/10
I'm not really happy for the light result but in this context you can't make better!

Outdoor would be more easy to separate the subject from the background by using lights or diaphragm..

Bye
