It's the jackass blocking the left (express) lane, oblivious to the fact he's creating a safety hazard by forcing other to change lanes, who would do well consider others.
The cars are safe at that speed. The untrained US drivers are not safe at any speed. If the drivers cannot even handle basic driving under our current speed regulations they will only be even less able to handle higher speeds. Last thing any of us need is someone cutting us off going 60mph when you are doing 120mph down the left lane.

Most of the speeding and cutting in and out seems to stem from a need to show off for whatever reason. This happens with all types of cars. In my area most of the FRS/BRZs I've seen on the road drive normal.

Training would be addressed under "regulations", as would vehicle safety requirements and penalties for stupid behaviour-just like they are in Germany. Do you mean unlicensed instead of "untrained"? I'm under the impression that checking mirrors before a lane change is included in drivers ed.

I'm just going to give you the title of douche bag. Okay? Okay!

You are honestly the biggest douche here. That's just by reading your posts on here. I'd hate to meet you out in public.

I hate Prius drivers. Take the bus!!!
All the Prius drivers near me do the exact opposite. They speed and swerve through traffic like they own a sports car. Overcompensating for something? I think so lol

Be glad you don't live in Europe. The traffic tends to be more fast-paced overhere compared to the US. If you drive in the left lane for too long you can expect people to be pissed off.

I mean, I respect you for admitting you are. Sometimes being opinionated can be a good thing, however in this situation it's not.

well when you get stuck behind a truck driver in the left lane and a truck driver in the right lame going the exact same speed for 30 straight miles you can think back to this and laugh

You know what you can do so that everybody is a winner? Leave 15 min earlier. :p

Seriously though, the only times I get irritated with slow drivers on the road is when I'm running late...and honestly that's my own fault for not leaving with enough time. I don't speed just to speed. I do it because I'm running late. All the other people cruising at the speed limit don't really have to be anywhere in a certain amount of time...or they don't care about being late. That's what I think.

I'm sure people in my area think I'm a reckless douche.. But thats only because I live somewhere where people think its ok to drive 20 under on the highway, or stop at the end of an on ramp.

Really I think people dont realize that they can leave 10 minutes earlier and save gas and headache for other people.

What bothers me the most is that they dont realize that hauling ass on the freeway simply puts others in danger
