Center cap Disaster

so long story short I got new tires from our wonderful sponsor Tire Rack. I went to have them installed and they told me that they couldn't get the center caps off. This is a problem because without taking them off they can't balance the tires. now of course after trying some are stripped. they are very tiny screws so I'm not sure what the best option is. could I get an extractor this small or could I even drill them out?

the wheels in question. Not mine but a good pic:

better pic of the center caps and the allen keys:

They have extractor sets at Home Depot and Lowes that will fix you up.
I think I got the Home Depot one, Speedout brand, and it get the tiniest screws out.
