Well... my endlink bolts are toast. need new endlinks.

When installing rear coilover it doesnt seem I need to remove the endlinks? just the one bolt connecting to the control arm? just wanted to confirm before I order some endlinks.

Thanks

I find it easier to unbolt the lca from the chassis as well for the rear, sway bar can hinder the process but it's not necessary to remove, you'll see soon enough.

That's what I did when I swapped springs. Didn't see any other way TBH without struggling.

Yup, that's what you do when you're not willing to take out a few extra bolts.

It's possible, but not worth it imho. I've done my car and a WRX with the sway bar still on the rear, but I've always had two people to lift both sides of the suspension at the same time, what's nice is one person can hold one side of the suspension up and the other can scramble around and get all the nuts started to hold the dampers in place.

The thread is beat in for a self locking mechanism thats why they do not want you to reuse it. just take it off and look and the top thread.
