Any more pictures of "everything needed to install"? Not sure I would trust the turbo, what does the manifold look like?

I'd get a parts list and figure out what you don't have. I can tell you, you are going to need a tune, OFT or Ecutek, if the pic you posted are all the parts you are definitely missing parts.

After the parts list, figure out if you can do the install or a find a shop.

Good luck.

Considering a Google search for "GSP turbo kit" yields nothing, you either have 1) some unknown brand/kit, or 2) it's a different turbo kit.

May help to post the rest of the kit up.

Are there more components than pictured? A turbo kit should consist of;
-Turbo (Compressor and Turbine)
-Manifold
-Wastegate (doesn't appear to have an internal WG in the pic)
-Blow off valve
-Charge piping
-Charge piping that has a MAF sensor housing
-Intercooler
-Shit load of couplers and clamps

The turbo is whats referred to as an "ebay" turbo.... I rebuilt a blown ebay turbo many years back with a real center section and ran it for 40K miles with no issue. Would not do it again, probably got lucky. Ran an oil restrictor and kept an eye on shaft play.

You could replace the turbo with a more established brand, but IMO still need oft/ecutek... I wouldn't trust the unichip for a turbo application. Figure up to a few grand to get it done "right"

This could be a fun project or a nightmare experience depending on many factors
