Best 2017 MT Drop-In Filter?

I'm gonna be in the market for a drop-in filter for my 17 Toyota in a bit, I was wondering if others with MY17's have picked up any of the available drop-ins for them yet and have any opinions on them?

I believe the only available ones are the Works for $65 and the Blitz for $46.

I guess, that it will be similar to drop in filters for older cars, most of them performed somewhat similar so one can go whichever vendor one prefers.
.. or stock. From what i've seen, one of MY2017 changes were less pressure drop air filter too. Hence probably less to gain replacing with aftermarket one.

I personally went with the K&N Drop in Filter. But honestly even with the airfilter, didn't really make a noticeable different on the butt dyno.

I did the Blitz with a Perrin inlet tube as well. You won't notice any difference, but it is a cheap and easy mod.

Yeah your not gonna feel much on its own but its a good first mod. If you do exhaust and tune later on they will all work together to get air in/out faster

It helps on pre-MY2017, doesn't on newer. 50$ better spent elsewhere. Even if it doesn't hurt anything, even if it's simple to do, it's less money/budget for something that actually DOES something. Other mods that don't do anything at least are usually visual ones that one can see. One doesn't split open regularly airfilter box to admire new blingy airfilter

I love my Perrin drop-in filter in my '13. Tone from the sound tube is a bit darker, bassier, gives a good thrum. Also I noticed easier starts in 1st, better low rpm response from 600-1000 rpm.

Cool but it doesn't fit in a 2017 manual.

Went with WORKS. As stated, didn't feel much of a change if at all but it's a filter and it scratched my mod itch for the week ...
