Is there any aftermarket seat or other stock (like from a Focus ST or RX8 r3 or something) that is fully functional like the stock seat (tilts forward, can be lowered/raised, side bolster adjustment, side airbag still functional etc) ?

Still holding up fine after about 9 months and 20k miles. Been worth every penny for the headroom. |

Anyone have issues with the bc rails, mine feel like they are bent and have play. I have to sit pretty far back meaning the rail is unsupported some. Also I'm 6'1 220 so I think my weight has a part in it. Just want to know if I'm the only one

in my case with the rx8 seat it went amazingly easy. Was a bit harder when i did the same thing putting gr sti seats into my forester. May have to carve out a bit of foam or fill in some foam, but the general idea of side bags is all roughly the same thing. |

I have Bride Brix ii seats from years ago I intended to put in my AE86 but lately been thinking about putting into my BRZ. I do know that they aren't "side mounted." Any suggestions on rails and brackets to get these in?

I used the resistor found in the following link. Bought a ten pack on accident, but they work as advertised. I've never had an issue with my airbag light since using the resistor.
