I'd prefer an EL Header group buy, but if the savings are worth it, I could go UEL,

So the UEL is making a better tq curve, true? Based on the dynos I have seen UEL seems to do better in the dip. I prefer the sound of EL, but so far results are pulling me toward UEL.

Their EL has yet to be dyno tested to my knowledge. If you aren't in a hurry I'd wait for the dyno results from @moto-mike. He has posted some preliminary dyno's with the unresonated perrin catback system but we have yet to see what happens with the stock catback system.

I agree! But I have grown to love my Perrin RES catback exhaust to much. My plan is this.

JDL UEL Headers, Motiv overpipe+HFC Midpipe, Resonated Perrin catback. If its to loud, I will put the stock back on and get some decent slash cut tips for it.

I think you'll be good since you have the catted front pipe and and resonated exhaust. If you need those Motiv parts let me know.

It's a holiday weekend but it sounds like they're almost ready to pump the 20 group buy headers out once the flanges are completed.

So im guessing once the headers are shipped, theyll begin the exhaust system or the exhaust system will be completed as well?

Correct. I dont think some people read the update above so here you guys go again

UPDATE - UEL Header Group Buy 5/28

So to update you all we had to switch machine shops for all our flanges last week. They had been dragging their feet to get these done. I ended up going with a new place a few blocks from the shop. All materials minus head flanges are here. We have been cutting collectors while we wait. Once we get the flanges we will start cranking these out

We have a total of 20 on this group buy plus 8 normal orders for UEL. We are doing our best to get these to you ASAP. We have also hired on more help as we were a 2 man operation.

If you have any issues or questions let us know

Thanks,
Ronnie

I understand you guys are backed up, being that your understaffed and are shelling great products that's a must its bound to happen. But, after reading your response its thoroughly based for the UEL Headers, where do you guys stand on the exhaust?
