Do you want to fully hook up even In first or don't mind a bit of wheel spin, if you won't be drag racing I strongly recommend michlen pilot super sports, not the cheapest but best over all tires for some big power
do you have the R888? my supersports do well. Thinking i need something stickier.

no need to stagger. 245 is probably as much as you would need on something like a 17x9.

aspirations of 400 hp and not understanding how tires work is a joke. i guess if 0-60 is the only thing you care about there might be a better option but then again, why would you buy an frs?

My 255/40/17 r888 are amazing i have yet to launch or floor first but the do the job when warm. They might get sketchy on full-boost and uneven roads but damn they are amazing. (Noisy as fuck but i don't mind it)

They wont hook up first nor second(i haven't tried but im willing to bet) . Had them on two cars and they just don't. Im currently spinning 255/40 R888s on rolls, I'm going to try airing down and will report back. Regardless they are the best daily setup on any performance oriented car

Quite simple really, pss is a great street tyre but there are much better options for other intended disciplines.
