Just curious...
Yes I did the research, no I did not install the rear brembos. same research you read.

Someone posted these in another thread awhile back, maybe a vendor, and people had a fit because they are dual drilled which is of course not really an issue. Makes sense for them to dual drill them with the 56.1mm center bore to fit the BRZ/FR-S and the WRX/STi.

Also if you can find a good GB on the Wedsport TC105N like the one Gruppe-S just did they can be pretty cheap. The 17x9 +35 Dark Anthracite ones I just got were maybe $75 more than RPF1s, like 30% cheaper than normal. They are about 16lbs in 17x9.

it's really difficult to beat the RPF1s because they have widths going up to 9.5" on the 17" wheels [if you're into widths, that is]

Rota Titan and DPT are both 17.xxlbs in 17x9 form. Should run you under $800 for the set, even less if on sale.

Lightest wheel for the $$$.

As far as forged goes. Those are a really good price. But still pricey.

Yes, let my friend borrow my gtf2s for his 2004 STI and they were fine. As far as I know the 2008+ brembos are the same size.

For the money, I don't think you can beat the Apex wheels, plus, they're really sharp looking.

Of course, for more money there's always lighter.

I'm personally thinking of going with the ARC-8 wheels

pretty much what everyone has said
-they're light weight
-fairly cost efficient
-decent looking
