use a heat gun to heat up the tape. then you should be able to remove the spoiler and the tape residue

Leave it out in the sun, get some fishing line and saw away. helps to have an extra hand to help lift the spoiler. then lots of goo gone to clean up. good luck

Goo Gone is fine, Don't confuse it with Goof Off! Goof Off will eat the paint very quickly.

You'd be amazed at how good WD40 is at cleaning off adhesive residue of any kind. As a lubricant, it's awful... as a cleaner, it rules.

This man buys WD40 in bulk. It won't ruin your paint, you can let it sit a bit and give it some elbow grease.

1. Heat the area
2. Use fishing line as a knife to remove what you can
3. Soak in WD40
4. Get your Friday night rub on
5. Clean area with water + detail spray of your choice and you should be good to go.

Try rubbing alcohol. Works for tape adhesive.
