They didn't on the show although they said they could charge him with mischief. Be pretty hard to make anything stick I would think. They sure were pissed though.

they expect me to be a slave to a corporation that i dont even work for

so many feels

I am so disappointed from Subaru that cannot see that there is a problem when a car has been going through dealerships for repair for past 7 months hitting 8 soon.

I called back but this time through sales department and telling them I want to sell them a car

I explained situation and that the car is in their service department. Person on phone who I have met in person before told me she will be contacting the owner of the dealership and will get back to me

This whole post is the one and main reason I will never ever take my car to a dealership. I've had similar experiences (other cars) and it also happens on some garages (that I have learned to avoid). You take the car in for one thing, you know what it is, you want a specific thing fixed/changed, but now, low and behold the problem is not that, its something else. Then they go and fuck up everything on the car because they are incappable of doing more than rotating the tires most of the time and then boom, you end up with a car that will never be the same ever again.

Dealers are made to grab money of you, they do such shitty work because they arent responsible of anything. If something breaks, manufacterers have to pay the price, not them, so doing shitty work usually result in more work (read: money) for them.

I know there are exceptions to this, but they are few and far between, I will not take my chance, not now, not ever.

Yet another reason why dealerships suck.

At some point you have to maybe try something different, because when you keep going back to a dealer that is literally screwing you... thats the definition of insanity.

Dealerships are for profit business just like any other. That does not mean their work is all crap nor that they are trying to rip anybody off (at least for most of the). There are just as many good caring dealerships as bad ones.

You need to talk to a lemon law lawyer. That is the only way anything good will happen for you.

I talked to one but they said since im at 26k miles its not possible

I also did not receive any call from the Subaru dealership regarding the owner of the dealership

I just got 2 emails today from the dealership that certain parts are ordered in my name. This is giving me feelings they are going to foot the bill on me.

I just finally got through on phone with dealership and they said its a standard procedure and i wont foot the bill

some positive feelings oh well, i really hope the car will be fine for AT LEAST A WEEK so gives me enough time to sell the car and get the "compensation" promised from the corporation manager, lets hope there arent any curve balls from corporate.

Thank you guys so much for support, i love this community!

I picked up my car yesterday, I didnt pay anything as all was done under warranty. They had found leakage from cam seals?!? which im sure was the same issue in October at a different dealership.

email from corp came through that i need to drive it 30 days to see if I am problem free and then a "good will package"

This is me, driving car back home to Brooklyn from LI:
