Well I'll be getting my car back today from ToD. Tinted, 3M protection fixed and scratches taken car of. Been a long 3 day of being FRS'less. Driving a Camry as a loaner and feels like being in a giant boat. lol.

Anyhows, been considering changing out the Stereo Head Unit. Beespoke just doesnt really cut it and i'm not looking at change to an iphone for a while yet. Anyone know a reputable place to go for selection and professional installation in the DFW area. I know of Bonnie & Clydes on Harry Hines but good to have options. Cheers.

I've considered just replacing the head unit with a Nexus 7. I have some electrical background, enough to do some charging and audio stuff.

I'm still looking for a decent home launcher for the thing. I really don't want to make my own.

I want an Android based Head unit but the only one I have seen was running Froyo. If they would just put Android support on the Bespoke, I would not have to look for a head unit that does not exist.

I believe that Best Buy and Car Toys both do installation. I would think with them being pretty big chains their products and installation would probably come with warranties. I prefer to support smaller businesses whenever possible, just haven't quite taken the plunge to replace BeSpoke yet. Also check and see if you can find reviews for Bonnie and Clyde's online to see what other people are saying.

I don't know if you guys wanna try it out but I been keeping up with the Android headunits.
Cheapest one is this knock off one but seems legit from what people been saying just have to root it and get some custom roms if needed.

Ok that would be a nice upgrade from the stock(non bespoke) headunit! altho the Nexus 7 is something that I might do as well as I have one just laying around.

I let my impatience get the better of me this morning and messed up my state-of-the-art stock rims trying to squeeze down these tiny streets in Fort Worth. I guess I better start looking for replacements!
