Well guys, mine are original but the story is a little embarassing. You see, my wife got the plates for me as a present, however, days before they arrived, I sold my old car without telling her. Was fun when she found out and for the life of me, I couldnt figure out why she was so mad until my bday came and i was like "ohhhhhhh, ahhhhhh, ummmmmmmmm.....opps". I ended up getting NUJ33- reads Nujee

I have the plate GT 086 reserved in New Zealand (see below).
Thinking of having it like the attached but not sure about the TOYBARU on the top. Put it there for a bit of fun but can remove it. What do you reckon? Plate is to go on tornado grey (ashpalt in USA, and the car is a Toyota not a Scion here) so the red should look good on the dark background. I have the option of the "GT 086" being in red too and may do that if I drop the TOYBARU. I wasn't going to do the personalised plate thing but am really after feedback on the "TOYBARU" and colour rather than "personalised plates are for tossers" etc feedback as it is done now! Thoughts? |

I am still tossing up whether I should get some Black slimline plates. $500 could be better spent on wheels and tune..??

440 a year isn't worth it for full customs imo so just ended up getting a pair with 86 and my initials on it lol - hopefully ready to pick up this weekend. How long did yours take? Less than 21 days right? |
