Energy Suspension front arm bushing kit

Hi friends,
i'm Alessandro from Italy ,i recently purchased a Energy Suspension bushing kit for my BRZ, that is the part number 8.3131G, front arm bushings , from a UK Ebay seller, few days ago i received it ,i opened it and reading the instruction i found that a piece was missing:

the part number: 15.02.51.39, that part is the ring around the front bushing, seems not to be in the package, and in the drawing is numbered differently than in the parts list, i had a look in Energy Suspensions official site:

http://www.energysuspensionparts.com/8.3131

the code is right , the other parts are ok, but the bronze ring is missing, how that could be?

i already contacted the seller and he told me the item is the right one ( the plastic package was perfectly sealed );

i emailed Energy Suspensions for 2 week with no results,
anyone that could help?

thanks a lot
Alessandro

I have no idea if this is right but could it be that you reuse the stock one?

thank you for your answer
i still didn't have the occasion ( and the tool ) to pull out the stock one, i was looking for someone that already did it , to know if the kit is actually missing a piece or not...
i found strange that in 3 weeks , i had no answers from energy suspensions ( it's only a mail for info )...

i tried to pull out the stock ones but with no success, i compared them and i think that without sleeves i cannot mount them:

that part missing is listed even in those instructions:
http://www.energysuspensionparts.com...ns/8.18115.pdf
http://imagesrv.catalograck.com/imgVD/ENE/17606.pdf

after 1 month still no response from Energy Suspensions...

i'm very angry of that, i'll try to get my money back and go for another brand for bushings...

yep, you need the bronze part. since your IP address is overseas, it might go into the junk/spam folder on their end.

try the live chat thing and direct them to this thread.
