It will look perfect on black because of the matching colour, it will be a lot less noticeable... lol

Cheers! :happy0180:

He means by the sides where it wraps around the paint a little. Honestly I don't see it as too much of a problem as long as you wash and maintain it properly.
The gap is not too big for debris to go in and at the same time enough to clear the paint from it being scratched during normal driving operations...

I, personally went with OEM guards and don't plan on taking them off; maybe once in a while to give it a good clean...
IMHO Rally Armor just doesn't match the car... (Looks wayyyyy too big, flappy, and just overkill) I used to have a set on my AE86...It does its job, but it looked horrible... lol

I prefer the OEM Mudguards to RallyArmor... those just didn't look right to me. Ordered off of Amazon and install was a breeze. Took me half an hour because I took my time and couldn't figure out the plastic pins at first. Though I didn't drill a hole, per the instructions, but they felt fine. If these ever broke, I can see myself installing these flaps in 5-10 minutes.

(More pics in my journal)

They will stay on even without drilling holes?

What protects the car better from road debris, OEM mud flaps or the Rally Armor mud flaps?

Driving the car rubs grit directly into the paint.

I'd say Rally Armor, since it seems it covers more of the bottom/sides. I have a set myself. Just need time to install them before it snows.

Probably won't install till early November. Search the forums. I know a few people have already installed theirs and posted pics.

I picked up mine in Red but feel like they won't suit the car until the snows are on. I'll post some pics once I have them installed since there are no photos of whiteouts with red flaps
