OEM+ BRZ 400

Ok, I finally ordered this kit. It was the easiest stereo setup I have ever done. Everything was plug and play. The hardest parts of the install were removing some of the panel fasteners, mainly because this car has some soft fasteners and getting the plugs on the wire harness through the dash.

The sub is just what this car was missing (other than a little bit more torque LOL). The tweeters made a huge difference also.

Sorry this is short, but I am short on time and will add some later when I can.

I was debating, but it just seems a little too much for what you get to me. If it was about $300 cheaper I would buy it right now. Definitely interested in your impressions.

Sorry it has taken me awhile to get back to this. The day after I did the install my chief said to get my sea bag ready, and then my MacBook's track pad stopped working. All I have for internet access right now is my phone LOL.

Alright, because of where I am stationed there isn't very many good radio stations and my cell doesn't get good data anymore. Since I joined the Navy I also left all my cds at home. Most of the music I have been listening to has been either from USB or SiriusXM.

At first I didn't notice too much of a difference listening to stations like classic rewind. To my surprise I noticed the biggest difference when my dad called. usually he is hard to hear because his voice sounds drowned out. but because of the new tweeters he was extremely easy for me to understand with the road noise.

after noticing this difference I decided to try few more radio stations that I usually listen to. Both Lithium and Octane sounded much fuller and the bass was what had been missing the entire time. When I switched over to Electric Area is whenI noticed the night and day difference. Electric Area took huge advantage of the new tweeters and subwoofer. many of the songs are bass heavy and the subwoofer (with a flat equalizer set) shook the mirrors. Deadmau5 and Skrillex are the easiest artist so far to notice the huge difference in the sound of the OEM+ additions compared to stock.
