Post like these make me want to store my car in a garage and never drive it. But so much fun good luck finding a new car. Its going to be tough to find alternative though at that price range.

Back pain doesn't usually show up at the scene of the accident, it usually shows up the next day or week to include neck stiffness. Some lawyers get paid only if they win your case. Just the mentioning laywer to the adjuster would get you an addition $500.00 for a settlement. Some people make out with 10's of thousands. I know co workers that have been in accidents and had a lawyer, they were made completely whole.

All I'm saying is you get what you deserve. If OP wants 10k or more he can probably recover it from the insurance company. Find the right lawyer I didn't know this forum is made of peace loving non-suing FRS/BRZ owners. Represent!

Yeah!

I thought FRS drivers are independent and have balls like the FRS homemade commercial on
. Sue if your not getting what you deserve . To go through the trouble to get MSRP for another FRS, the waiting list the mark ups, the time spent is not justified for just settling for something less that whole. Not to mention he didn't have his FRS for the holidays. Time can never be rewound.

Oh yes, it was repaired since it was under full coverage. I just had to pay a $500 deductable which was refunded when her insurance company accepted she was wrong and when they payed for it after. It was repaired with great service at Fred Haas at 45 north.. If you have to take it somewhere, go there. GREAT customer service, and very fast. There were actually four other fr-s's there while mine was there. One red one just for taillight condensation, but the others for wreckage lol. But yeah go to Fred Haas. My car had only 3 miles extra on it, which makes me believe they didn't abuse my car like other dealerships have in the past..

I can't believe that the insurance company didn't determine your car to be totaled. I guess as long as you don't feel any problems going down the road, you cant really complain. Oh yeah, just remember if you ever want to get rid of the car and the buyer or dealer pulls a carfax, the value of your car will be at least 5k lower than book value. I found this out the hard way on my previous trade.

Nobody said it wasn't totaled. With the holidays and everything nobody from insurance has even looked at it/:
