Yeah, the high beams will be yellow as well.

How I see it is that yellow fog lights are legit, because yellow cuts through crappy weather. Yellow drl is completely for looks as they don't really have a purpose other than for other people to see you. Yellow high beams have degraded performance compared to the factory ones, but I think its a moot point because they supplement the normal driving lights. I think if you had yellow driving lights as well, you would quickly change back to stock because of the lack of good night driving light.
