The whole family will come but my brother will stay here. He may be going to Japan for a couple years soon too so we will have a good connection there haha.

Your info regarding the STi brembo upgrade is almost right but not quite. I can correct it for you if you want. (Currently researching the STi brake upgrade for my car)

Otherwise, nice job! Looks like a good budget alternative.

Nice I have not had a hook up in Japan since my last friend over there moved back. I still have family in Tokyo but they are not into cars at all.
