Won't be able to dyno on Friday, their header and overpipe isn't fitting quite right and it's causing the overpipe to to press against the head.

Here's a link to my post with a pic. Anybody else run into this?

@Deathreaper I would recommend taking off most of the heatshield and loosening the op before taking off the stock headers.

Also remove and attach the fan clip before installing the nameless.

The rest looks good. As for torque, Go until snug. 22ft lbs will not be enough.

Didn't realize how big these headers were until I saw them in person.
Only downside of it being coated is I can't see the detailed craftsmanship of this beauty.

-Install O2 sensors back into Nameless header (Should spacers be added or is there no point?)
-Lift engine 1-2 inches via oil pan (unbolt passenger side mount)
-Bolt Nameless header onto engine block (Anyone have the torque specs? Has anyone been able to use a torque wrench for those or is space too limited?)
-Use the 2 provided nut and bolts to attach header to front pipe
-Relocate fan connector with provided ziptie

Also - I usually grease most bolts and nuts I remove on a car before putting them back. I know it's not the same situation as an exhaust gets extremely hot, but would you guys apply a graphite grease or something similar to these various bolts and nuts?
My way in order:

-Disconnect O2 sensor plugs from where they are plugged in and detach them from the timing chain covers
-Remove OEM header
-Relocate fan connector (personal opinion is to route it up along the top see photo)

-Lift engine 1-2 inches via oil pan (unbolt passenger side mount)
-Swap in over/front pipe in not already installed
-Clean up area and contact points + install new gaskets
-Install O2 sensors back into Nameless header ( cel spacer is a personal choice for the secondary o2 sensor)
-Bolt Nameless header onto engine block
-Use the 2 provided nut and bolts to attach header to front pipe
-Wipe off with clean cloth when complete
-Before lowering back down and installing the skid plate check to make sure the exhaust is leak free

Header arrived and looks great! Too bad its snowing like a mofo here today (yay Canadian spring!) with temps going back down to the negative double digits. May have to put the install off a few days

Mine will arrive tomorrow.

interesting some people are saying the motor needs to be lifted 1-2 inches and some people are not lifting the motor at all.

unbolted one engine mount on the passenger side and lift the engine up about 1.5 - two inches for the over/front pipe install and it also allows easy passage and clearance for the header to be put in place.

You optimize them so the harmonics work in your favour at the RPM range you want.
When you do this with a header the torque completely changes in very specific spots. When you do this with an intake manifold it changes EVERYWHERE.

I didn't do it and should have. It would have been easier without a doubt. Before you install be sure to reroute the fan plug that is on the passenger side. Move it up or down(as I did.) when reinstalling be sure to get the header bolted to the engine before you tighten anything else on the exhaust. Work front to rear after that.

Mine is very close and rattles under load. And the header was not completely flat. Takes more like 35 ft lbs to get the flanges flush with the block. I feel like the outlet of the header is up too high. I have perrin motor mounts which don't raise or lower the engine at all

I put some grimmspeed thick header gaskets on with the header and I still feel like theres a small leak

There's another person who is having that issue, @RiskyTrousers

The only noise I have is the vvt resonance in the muffler aka cheap Honda exhaust sound.
