B7 RS4s are badass. My dad owned one and I learned a lot driving it. Definitely a badass car and is one of my top choices for a daily. If I wasn't so set on having a RWD coupe and could afford more than an Evo or STi, I'd definitely go for an RS4...or M3 sedan :P

Love the Audi RS series of cars (RS3, RS4, RS6...etc.) but aren't they all known for severe understeer?

Yep. Sway bars do wonders on it though. The one I got to drive around had Hotchkis sway bars and handled beautifully. Then it got KW coils on it and was even better.
