Installed some Hella Horns, using Grimmspeed's harness.

Sounds less tinny for sure, friend says it sounds like a duck quacking. Hmm...

Wash & Wax & Stickers (+10HP)

Sorry, a little heavy on pics. AutoCross school was cancelled, so I spent last Saturday washing and waxing and stickering. For a 2015 with 95,000 miles, she still cleans up well. With the car all shiny, I drove the 1500 mile round trip to Louisiana to meet grandkid #10 (Lilith Patricia Ann) over the holiday weekend.

I loves me some curves on this car

Finished product

Stickers!

Got really annoyed at the dashcam suction mount falling off so I went full bondo and magnets to secure to the metal ceiling. Absolutely hideous but the angle is decent and it keeps it out of line of sight and mostly out of the sun.

Still hideous...

I'm a bit prouder of my discovery that magnets and Velcro works much better on securing the fire extinguisher to the trunk. Yep I carry a fire extinguisher but no spare lol. Got pretty terrified when installing the fuel injectors.

Trunk with seat down (or no seat) is creating a deadly missile aimed straight at your head in the event of a head on or roll over.

Passenger compartment with magnets and velcro would be the act of a madman.

That's actually a good point. It's possible I may have the seat down at some point. I might take a drill into that spare tire well.

Edit: As long as the only thing that we're looking out for is major collisions, it's conceivable to chain it to the spare tire well instead of mount it firmly to a bracket would suffice, rather than a solid mount. Sorta like a chained dog type setup.

I misclicked "like" lol. Chain rattles and then it'll be chained down. Spend the 12$or whatever on a proper mount

Installed eBay 4th brake light replica of the GCS one. Works like a charm and only $80.00

Loool brilliant insights. I'm not really proposing a heavy Mad Max chain guys. I'd probably just tie it to the spare tire mount with a clip. The concept here is that it doesn't have to be tight if the only issue here is a major collision.

Truth is there aren't a lot of options if you don't want it eating up trunk space. I already have problem enough fitting a hockey bag in there, which takes up pretty much exactly 100% of the room, and would constantly push up against anything in there.
