I'm here on business and at the moment I have some free time before I have to prep up for our Monday meetings. It's weird though because it's Sunday afternoon and it feels like I lost myself a day

Unrelated, how does everyone feel about hooning rental cars? Because me and some buddies may or may not have gotten a rental FWD car for a bit and gone tray drifting in a parking lot. We might have gone through 4 metal trays. But that would be irresponsible...

Well, my dad drove a rental car 30 miles home right under the rev limiter in 1st because he put it in "M" mode unknowingly (complained that the car couldn't go very fast...I checked, manual mode starts in 1st gear, average fuel economy had plummeted to 21mpg), I don't know how much wear that puts on the car but I imagine it's not too good for it lol.

After that, I understood why Toyota's "M" mode defaults to "4", and works like a normal transmission with only 4 gears. The concept that cars have multiple gears is not common knowledge anymore.

4th time seeing frs in person on my way to work today!!! Had to switch a lane, speed up, than slow down, than kept going only to realize I wanted to look again lol, so slowed down again and just eye balled his car for the longest time. Haha I shook my fist in the air while smiling thinking to myself 'dammit why aren't you mine right now'
Haha wonder what that guy was thinking 'wtf is up with that chick'
Maybe next time a simple honk will do

NYC....bleh. horrible city to live in if you love cars. the roads suck (freaking potholes bigger than my mini) nowhere to really go at a decent clip (too many taxis and idiots walking across the streets) and everything is so freaking expensive.

sorry, lived on the island, and i'm very biased against the city. upstate however...that's a whole nother story.
