I learned the 4 levels of pressure ulcers today.

Was presented with case studies in class, showcasing incidents of elderly abuse.

Made me sad to think this is happening right now.

I've been told more than once in CPR training that it's common to break shit if you're doing it right. Ever practiced with Resusci Anne? You have to push DEEP.
