All minor stuff, like tail light condensation, door weatherstrip, rear deck noise, clutch noise, and etc. But I was the first one with those problems at the local dealership, they did not know what to do and took a long time to fix anything. Clutch noise for an example, I probably took the car to the dealership 5 times or so and the car stayed there for a total of over a month.

Got mine October 2012 and have had zero problems. Sometimes I thought there were problems (fuel pump chirp, clutch chatter) but eventually I realized they were just noises, not really important when you think about the joy this car brings at a bargain price.

Before I knock on wood, I'd like to say that I have an early '13 brz limited, 6spd that has roughly 65k miles. It's in great shape and drives nice. I can start to feel the suspension getting tired - that may have to do with a modest drop the Hotchkis springs deliver, however. The only major part to wear/break was a wheel bearing - and that was covered under warranty. Other than that, just normal wear and consumption items.

Good car overall.

Yep, I got my FR-S 4 years ago and the only problem I have is that the turn signal stays on ..... till mrs humfrz tells me to turn it off.

I have no problem with my car, I owned the car now for over 5 years and modified the crap out of it and the car been running great. I think the best thing about the car is great mpg and low running cost and still fun to drive.

we sorta have the same story, took ownership of my car in may of 2012. first 3 years it was a lot of trips back to the dealer for known issues, pretty sure they have a private bay for me at that time for how many trips i was making. now she drives like a dime and the only thing i pretty much replaced were the axles and fluids. 70k miles strong.

I haven't had mine nearly as long as anyone here. I'm going on almost 2 years now. I've had 0 issues with her. Bought her with about 44k on the clock and I've only put maybe 10k on it since owning it.

I'm glad to hear people like these enough to keep around. Ive been through 3 new cars in about 4 years trying different things. 14' Jeep Compass, 16' Mazda 6 GT, now this 17' 86. I really feel like it fits me the best for who I am. Also picked up an old XJ cheap for winter driving and my C5 ive had for 8 years and will stay with me. Hopefully the 86 will too.

5 yr bday for my 13 FRS is this August and I'm around 50k miles. The only problems I've had so far were weatherstrip (which I had to replace on both sides of car), and fuel injector for the chirps (which got replaced for free under warranty).

Any other car issues were caused by me lol. Glad how reliable it's been and affordable in case things do need replacing.

It's cool how there are some FRS owners out there who have driven luxury cars and all sorts of vehicles, but still ended up deciding to get one of the twins.

4.5 years and 50K on a Limited BRZ. Had a weatherstrip replaced. Noticed the other day when I was treating the leather the shift knob's worn at the seams. That's it.
