Thumbs up HID Powerhouse!

I recently decided to upgrade from my cheap headlight replacements from "the other guys" to HIDs, and contacted HID Powerhouse with some questions. I had never worked with HIDs before and wasn't sure what I was getting into. Kenneth was courteous and well-knowledged and helped me make the right selections, and responded almost immediately to every question I had. He made the buying process easy and gave me a lot of confidence.

When everything arrived, I set to work changing the lights. Installing the HIDs is pretty easy, however I still made a pretty big mistake on one. The rubber gasket that keeps the headlights from condensing makes the bulbs a bit hard to twist in place, and I over-twisted and broke two of the tabs off, ruining the bulb.

I contacted Kenneth about ordering a new one, and he sent me one at no cost to me. I couldn't believe it. I was so blown away at his awesome customer service gesture that I ordered license plate and trunk replacement bulbs on the spot (to get a 5000k matching look all around).

The new bulb came quickly and all are installed today, and I am incredibly pleased with the quality and brightness. I can't recommend HID Powerhouse enough. Don't buy your lights from anyone else!

+1 for HID powerhouse - was also blown away by the service
I placed an order for some LEDs about two weeks ago around 6pm. somehow, it was at the post office ready to go by 8pm the same night and at my door a few days later.
it was also nice to see a canadian vendor for parts

Did you have to order HID kits or just HID bulbs?

sorry to bump this thread but I recently ordered the Ultimate package for the BRZ, and on top of that got signals, fog lights, and side marker lights for my new Subaru BRZ and Kenneth was A+++ in terms of service and product!

After couple of messages with Kenneth (with him pricing out all possible options for me) I decided to pull the trigger on a full LED upgrade. He was very thorough about what to expect of the lights I bought, and gave me options as well if it wasn't to my liking. I had the bonus of getting to meet with him as he is local, he helped install my lights too! Helps that he owns a FRS himself and is running all of his product so you can see what to expect if you have the option of meeting with him.

I've already recommended him to two of my friends locally who also owns FRS', and would definitely recommend HID Powerhouse to anyone looking for a LED upgrade!

for the interior, i got the brz ultimate package 8 which is all super intense led. my signals are the bmax ones, and reverse lights are the maxRS super white. the sidemarkers are just amber leds.

basically i messaged kenneth and told him what i was looking for, he set up a package for me that would fit my needs. very knowledgeable guy! another great experience dealing with him, he replace my flickering led sidemarker bulb with no questions asked!

here are some pictures:
interior dome LED (super intense):

comfort light LED (super intense):

rear license plate led (super intense) plus comfort light:

front signals, led fog lights and a bit of the sidemarker:

Ken's kits are awesome. I've got 6000k LED fogs, his Euroconcept HID's 6000k, G's Superbright LED DRLs, interior LED, trunk, license plate LEDs, flashbolt white turn signals, and reverse light LEDs. Basically, everything is LED.

All of his items are high quality and I could not recommend him more.

Hey guys just wanted to bump this again because @KI_ZN6 Kenneth from HID powerhouse is awesome. Great service from these guys. I have replaced all stock bulbs including, HIDs, switch back drls, rear turn signal leds, reverse, license, trunk, dome, even got the flasher module. Kenneth was great at answering all my questions in a timely manner. Received my stuff In a few business days every time. They also have great deals for forum members and everything I received was, if possible, over protected with bubble rap, and all kinds of fluffy stuff. Great quality products. Zero issues with this vendor.

Did the replacement bulb resolve the flickering? Ken also replaced my flickering side marker, but now it is flickering again. I'm curious if I have another bad bulb or if there is something else wrong.
