Nah really it came in at over $3,000 and no matter how much I like them that is above my comfort zone for a cosmetic car part on a car I won't have forever.

Well right off the bat the kit and shipping had to be paid in US funds so that was an extra .30 on the dollar. Then there would be tariff, duty, brokerage and sales taxes on top of that. Now if it had been 2012 when the Canadian dollar was worth .o5 more than the US one I would have got it in a heart beat
This cost me $300 by the time it arrived at my door:

Not to completely denounce the product, but as others have stated these are replicas and you get what you pay for. I've owned the TRD louvers for coming up on 2 years. They sit out in the Florida sun every day baking to over 120 degrees and still don't flex as much as these do in the video. I would be scared they would crack and need replacing in my climate.
@Tcoat I still get it from the girlfriend when I comment on a riced out civic. She says "And you spend over a grand on a piece of plastic that looks just as ridiculous".... like you said though too expensive to get rid of her |

look a bit flimsy but the fitment looks good. Tempting at half the price of TRD. Once more of these come out from china they will be going for $200 soon

TRD louvers for about 900 shipped to US found this seller last night and ordered a certain hard-to-obtain new-on-the-market shift knob, they have some neat stuff |
