I like where this is going. I hope shipping to Aus isn't too excessive.

Nice. Seems like we are gaining a good bit of power, but only on the top end (over exhaust alone). Is this type of gain typical with headers?

I haven't read all the 27 pages, but has the headers been dynoed separately. I am more interested in headers than cat-back for now, due to some stupid import rules.

Great work by the way!

You will see minimal to none gains if you only do header. Remember, if you do header you will keep the same bottle neck the stock car has. (Stock second Cat and stock muffler).

Do I need to plan a business trip to Norge with special shipping? One way to get an exhaust to you!
-Tim (Lorents' friend)

Ok, more on the headers - with the full exhaust setup (header-back), do these just change the sound or also produce a little more power?

Hi Tim,
I will bring a cat back system back to Norway for sure in my container. But is tempting to throw on some headers now, because I don't think they will see that the headers are not stock. ECU tune is also difficult to see for the inspector ;-)

I am planning to go to C&C again next Saturday. Are you going?

We plan to as well with Nephews in tow, so likely a couple cars again. Hope to be in the same area if we can be organized again.

So, are you, or did you do Nameless' full system or axle back?

I would first like to say that reading all 28 pages has been a pleasure. I haven't had this much pleasure reading something I didn't understand since I found my Dad's Playboys when I was a kid (reading.....yeah right). Minus a couple of people bickering. I have noticed a few times that questions have been presented regarding the use of the exhaust manifold with a turbo setup and no answer has been given. PLEASE address this. I am very interested in your products versus the $600.00 UEL exhaust manifold from another company that seams to be plastered all over the internet. I have also been trying to find a company that would build a ram air system using the fog light kit from the 86 but have not had any success. Would you entertain that project? I know it wouldn't have any benficial gains until higher speads but I think the numbers would be good. Once again, thank you for your business approach and stellar products.

I can answer this. It depends on what turbo kit do you plan on getting. For example, Don's Accelerated Performance system will work with this Header because Don replaces your overpipe where the turbine is connected. On another note, AVO turboworld system would not work with this header because AVO supplies their header with turbine incorporated.

To sum it up, any turbo kit that uses the stock header will work with this header.

(I too LOVE their approach! They are an amazing company. )

The more i read from Nameless the more i love you guys! The build quality, and thought process that goes into the parts is really quite impressive. I noticed the group buy discussion earlier for the axleback... But what are the chances of a group buy option for a full port to tip system when the headers are finished development? I'd be very interested in going for headers, with the full exhaust w/ overpipe delete for a DD FR-S, and im sure i'm not the only one.

I guess i can hope, and keep my fingers crossed. Can't wait to see more updates and testing of different variants. I might even have to make a road trip from Vancouver, Canada to check you guys out sometime. My only gripe is i'll have to pay Washington sales tax, and HST at the border lol.

(Edited a typo)
