To make sure I understood.
Stock car + blocks vs stock car + blocks + tune?

If so, could you lay down a bone stock baseline vs bone stock stage1 as well for comparison?
Would show the progression/value nicely.

I just took a look at my engine bay. It probably won't fit the TRD CF strut tower bar unless the sound tube is removed.

You should get rid of the sound tube anyway...

Excuse the ignorance, but would using the BPBs (aka lengthening the IM runners) = a decrease in real world gas mileage?

I don't see any reason why except in the area of the powerband where more power is made.

Haha, well I was asking because in other applications - changing the intake manifold completely (for a perf. oriented one) would often result in a decrease in gas mileage.

I will let you know in about a week.

Will drive to Chuckwalla

Drive home

Should be ~400+ miles of data to work off of.

when people talking about this product "holding up" after a tune. Are they trying to imply that the ecu will adjust and the gains will no longer be there? Are they saying the ECU will learn out the gains?

That typically happens if your are throwing air across the maf sensor differently than stock skewing the AFR and giving a lean mixture. This is why a number of people asked for AFR plots. This is why intakes "lose" power over time because eventually the ECU retunes tot he correct AFR. I am wondering how much power will stay after adjusting the cam profiles, and not so much "learning". I'll have dynos tomorrow, dyno is at 10:30AM.
