Have you also considered posting on other platforms (e.g. YouTube) or creating a static web site that documents what you're going through?

I would think something like YouTube would allow you to reach and inform a wider audience of what happened, the small claims court process, and how payments work post-judgement. It would also expose at least one instance of how they handled issues with a customer and their /sarcasm on awesome PR representative /sarcasm off.

Not only would their financial credit score be damaged, but it would potentially also affect their reputation (or social credit score).

I'm assuming that as long as you stick to the facts and allow people to formulate their own opinions based on an objective presentation, that'd be enough; however, I'd recommend consulting a legal expert before moving forward.

As for a static web site, with SEO optimization, you could potentially have your page be the first hit when someone searches for the following terms: "Works MotorSports CARB legal turbo". When that comes up, potential customers can read the information on your site and make their own decision if they want to give them their business.

I realize the web site idea is additional (recurring) cost on your end, but there may members on here who'd be willing to help pitch in and write the code for you.
