I saw a GT3 RS yesterday. Kermit green. Stuck behind an SUV in light traffic.

A Model 3P will be faster in regular driving.

The main pro of owning exotics is the unique experience they provide at an individual level. The good ones just feel special to sit in and drive at normal speeds.

One particular person I enjoy chatting with has a ton of exotics in various calibers and he tracks many of them as well. Seeing the inner working of owning a car like a senna or P1 from a track rat perspective is a unique insight into ownership you don't get often.

It's hilarious how one dimensional some mindsets can be. Literally nobody that buys one of those cars about the other car.

With that logic why does anyone buy an FRS when a V6 Camry is faster?

No. You're wrong.

Rolling start, 5–60 mph: 3.7 sec
Top gear, 30–50 mph: 1.4 sec
Top gear, 50–70 mph: 2.0 sec

Rolling start, 5-60 mph: 4.0 sec
Top gear, 30-50 mph: 1.8 sec
Top gear, 50-70 mph: 2.4 sec

From Car and Driver.

Guess which set of numbers is for the Challenger Hellcat and which is for the M3P? Even if you take 2 tenths off for the Demon, which is generous, the numbers don't lie. Better braking and skidpad, too, for the M3P.

In regular real world driving, a V6 automatic Camry IS faster. In the canyons, not so much, which is my real world driving.

Anyone who buys a GT3RS should drive it on the street only when heading to the track and back, Cocks and Coffee, or any place to show off. Driving around town in that car is silly and uncomfortable. And most people who get such cars know it. They drive the Cayenne or Macan to work. Short of a burnout, the guy in the Tesla is going to beat you to the lane merge ahead.

2/10ths? You mean 1 and 2/10th second right?
One does 0-60 in 3.4sec and 1/4th mile in 11.0sec, the other does 0-60 in 2.3sec and 1/4th mile in 10.0sec, Guess which set of numbers is the Challenger Hellcat.

You cant even compare a demon to a hellcat. Its like comparing a cute little kitty cat to a demon possessed tiger. One will rip your throat out, and the other will lick your toes.

Not sure why you essentially compared a completely different car, its like comparing a car to a ZR1 but then posting the times for a stingray instead of the ZR1.

The slant nose is also absolutely gorgeous in the most retro of ways. I'm a sucker for the headlight/fender humps though. Seriously a contender though.
Yes, I'm stuck in the '80's.

The only Porsches I've owned were air cooled 911 Coupes from a '69 911S to an '88 Turbo and agree that they had the sexiest humps of all.

They had a look, sound, lightness, and raw edginess that made driving to the grocery store an event and track days memorable especially in the rain.

The '88 Turbo was truly lustworthy.

Stuck behind an SUV and a row of cars at a single lane stop light.

Walking will be faster in regular traffic conditions here.

I saw a rather attractive blonde yesterday. Stuck behind a fatass at a crosswalk.

If possible, doing whatever you need online will be faster than going out to face regular exercise.
