2000% Vitamin B might flush your skin and make it itch. Just C should help unless you're particularly deficient in B vitamins.

Depends on the form, Niacin (B3) makes you flush, Niacinamide (another form of B3) doesn't, but you do get some toxicity if you take >2g a day or something.
Vitamin C seems to help, dunno if it's placebo effect. I pop like 3 1000mg Vitamin Cs when I get sick lol. |
