Static on the radio...

I just wanted to know if anyone else have been having issues with static on the radio in their Frs? Every time I put my car in reverse the radio is nothing but static but then when back in drive its perfect I'm just wondering if its a connection issue. Has anyone experienced this issue?

I have the same issue. Posted it in a different subforum and someone said it was my reverse light LEDs. Not really sure how but I never did notice it until after the install. He said he he the same issue. Do you have LEDs by chance?

I do... but that's weird though what would cause them to do that.

No clue. not even sure if thats the truth. Maybe if I'm not too lazy tomorrow I'll remove them and see if it fixes the problem

Edit: Just googled it and it seems to be the case. Lexus and Acura forums kinda confirmed the issue/cause

I have static when I'm listening to the FM radio , when reception isn't that great and my blinker is on. I have LED blinkers. It has to be the LEDs. It must be something to do with them not being grounded properly or something like that. I don't listen to FM often enough to care though. I also have reverse LEDs and don't have a problem with them though.
