I'm trying to be fair as possible but i'm def giving it a chance. I thought the trailer was good and has potential to be great. Tobey was lovable but made it so cheesy and the third one was so bad it couldn't redeem itself. You know how many times Batman was rebooted? Now it is going to end in a perfect trilogy. I'm just saying give it a chance.

To be honest this doesn't look that great to me. I think this series has been over played kinda like Transformers.

Why are they remaking this already? Aside from the last one, the recent Spiderman trilogy was decent. Not only does this new Peter Parker seem like an even bigger weenie than Tobie Maguire, this reboot is the answer to the question that no one asked.

It is official: The movie industry is COMPLETELY out of ideas.

note he has web shooters unlike how in the current spider they just come from him

but if they aren't going to win me over cause so far I don't care for the characters at all plus I'm kinda of a comic snob I hate when they go against the comics entire history *cough* wolverine origins *cough*

IMO this needed a remake, something about Tobey Maguire's face makes me want to punch it everytime I see it. Maybe it's his never ending half-smile....

I think it should be mandatory that a movie franchise wait at least one generation from the last movie before releasing a reboot; although, I'm looking forward to this one based on word of mouth.
