Have any of y'all changed your manual transmisson fluid? I'm not having any real problems, but I was reading a thread about it last week. They say better oil can make shifts a little less notchy, but most of the posters were much farther north and have a lower temperature range. I'm trying to figure out what oil would be best for Tennessee weather.

I'll be doing mine this weekend as soon as I finish break in. Will be using ams oil mtf. Though if my mtec springs are in I'll also be installing those. I can let you know how it feels.

I changed mine to Pentosin as recommended by a former FT86club poster.

It's great when it's warm, but it's still not quite perfect when it's cold out. My issue is really only with 2nd gear.
