Mostly suspension and minor aesthetics.

Different interior details and the suspension was reworked for the 2014 model to make it less tail happy. Mechanically they're all exactly the same.

2015's get the bigger exhaust tips, slim sharkfin antenna, different front dash and a suspension setup closer to the BRZ

2015 model. The 14s are exactly the same as the 13s except for knee pads and head units.

There are also slight differences in the engine starting somewhere around mid-2014. Really minor changes like a 2mm difference in valve length or something like that. I don't think we have enough information yet to know the long-term effect of the changes.

And some different gaskets in the tail lights, slightly different stock tunes and other such production related things. These really have no effect in the car as far as being "different" though. This stuff happens all the times and the first couple of years it can be more frequent than later production of course.
