Innovate Stg1 Supercharger with W/M injection

Since the official dyno charts are released I can share more specific details on my water/meth cooled stg. 1 kit.

Supercharger:

Innovate Stg. 1 Twin Screw "Complete" Kit (non-intercooled) - Carb Exemption Pending

Water/Meth Inj. Kit:

1.) Trunk mounted alcoholinjectionsystems.com stage 1 kit w/ 3gal tank
2.) AEM water/meth flow failsafe gauge and flow sensor
3.) Snow Performance supercharger bypass valve boost solenoid (to open the bypass when there is faulty flow)
4.) Eaton bypass actuator with two vacuum ports (you need this to make the snow performance boost solenoid work)

Set to come on fully at 4.5 psi of boost. This translates into roughly coming on at 3k rpms if you floor it anywere below 3k. Comes on instantly anywhere above 3k rpms.

Injector Nozzle rated at 330 cc/min. Actual flow at the nozzle is measured to be 380 - 450 cc/min.

When failsafe is triggered the bypass valve opens and only allows supercharger to make a max of 2 psi untill you shut off the engine and restart.

The Dynojet graphs

<<<<<<Latest Graph 7/15/2013>>>>>>>

These below graphs are with OP and DP installed right before the runs. No tune adjustment so there could be a few more ponies in there.

Map 1: 91 pump
Map 2: 91 + Meth inj.

The Dyno dynamics graph

Dyno is a Dyno Dynamics. It reads ~18% less than a dynojet. Stock 86's read at ~130-140 whp. To see the real gains, look at the delta between stock and supercharged. Dynojet numbers coming soon.

Pink = stock 86
Green = base innovate tune
Red = water/meth tune

Other mods:

1.) Robispec Total Cooling Solution (integrated oil cooler and bigger radiator)
2.) Custom cat-back exhaust
3.) Deatschwerks High Flow Drop-In fuel pump

Hey sw20kosh - I know I sent you a PM on the bypass valve. Would you mind posting the part number or links whenever you get a chance here?

It looked that way on the official dyno too, but that's gotta be because they aren't at WOT yet right?

Dyno pulls are WOT in a higher gear than you'd normally be in for the bottom of the RPM range.

Very nice man, Supper happy to see it pulls out to the limiter!... With all the torque talk I was worried it would puke and die up top, at least on this pulley with the added knock suppression of WMI it does not.

Was this on the low boost pulley?

I think that midrange has this car written all over it. I can't wait until the first AutoX with this SC installed.

Paired with my EL header & front pipe and the desire to run WMI and retain an aftermarket intake. I expect to get about 250-260whp from the provided pulley.

Remember many of the dynos are on stock air filters and stock headers/exhaust. Not saying it's going to be game changing but expect some better numbers as more people get a hold of these things.

I guess I was expecting more from a unicorn. The torque band doesn't look that impressive, and I was expecting it to come out of the gate, not 3,500-4,000
