Superb Perrin tech support
 I had some installation problems on my oil cooler and emailed them. I figured it would be the usual everybody-working-from-home delay. Within a couple hours I got a phone call, and a follow-up call later after I sent them some info they needed. They asked for pics which I sent. The part I needed was shipped promptly and they sent several emails in the next few days as they made sure I knew how to make the install work. Yesterday I got an email from Jeff Perrin, offering to send me a hose that is pre-bent to make it even easier. They went to great length to make sure I got my problem solved. I certainly won't hesitate to buy another Perrin product in the future.

I've dealt with Perrin before as well when I was looking for a good solution to clean the filter on my CAI. Not only did they suggest a good company that makes a cleaning kit , they went one further and sent me a new foam element free (I paid shipping) just in case the cleaning stuff didn't play nice with the foam material. 10/10
