Very good! The picture is kind of dark on my screen, so it's hard for me to see anything but the vaguest outline of the fog light hole.

The Borla UEL Header would cause a CEL without a tune, correct? It's catless, correct?

I haven't installed one without a tune yet. But I have installed it on cars that have a stage 1 tune that is set up for stock header, and they didn't throw a light. So honestly, I don't know yet, I do stock adapters that move the O2 sensors out of the direct stream that usually work on other cars, haven't tried one on a twin yet.

I know for me the light is the big caveat. I'm interested to see how this shakes down.

As most of you know, the weather today is garbage, so after install all I have done so far is run it through the gears around the parking lot. My first impression is that it's very manageable! I didn't stall or really even come close to stalling. It was quite surprising. A couple of notes: I did not have to adjust the clutch pedal at all, however, I never did the easy clutch grab adjustment, so that probably explains that. I have whiteline trans bushing and Perrin engine mounts, so the normal negative effects such as shuddering and chattering, are not noticeable as much as they would be in stock car. Overall, so far I'm excited to put some real miles on it and see how it goes. I want to get my clutch fully broken in and get a good feel for how it acts and sounds etc before I get my turbo kit on.
I'm pretty much all ready for the turbo kit now. Perrin Mounts, Whiteline Trans Bushing, Whiteline Rear Subframe Bushings, Vibrant Vacuum Manifold, Push Lock Fitting Setup for Wastegate and Blow Off Valve, Cusco Catch Can, 275 Rear Tires, Coilovers are on the way. I'm going to be ready to rock when the kit goes on, which was my goal.

@RedAlert, At the 280 range the stock clutch is going to be in question, you can go 1 of 2 ways, 1) Replace the Clutch Ahead of Time to Prevent Slipping or 2) See how far stock gets you and then replace later, it will eventually need it, I'm sure.

I know it's been said a few times already, but I also have to thank @Pure Automotive for helping get my FR-S set up for the autocross season and also doing some routine maintenance on my old beater BMW. Now to decide which mods come next...
