It is nice to finally see one of these on a small car instead of a truck. They are pretty common on some trucks that use them for hill climbing while pulling a trailor. They never really took off with the truck crowd and ended up only being sold to companies with work trucks. They have had durability issues and life spans of around 40k-60k miles but this one looks a little more well built and isn't going to be beat on like it is on a construction truck.

Only prob with the SLA is that they weigh a tonne compared to Li ion 4 Deep cycle 32 Ah would weigh 92 LBS Would Be Awesome tho as they like to be Burst charged. As for the SW motor it is an extreme motor because it uses electromagnetic pulses to operate witch are timed digitally the limiting factor of these motors are the bearings and circuitry. The numbers are great its awesome that this has sparked so much interest toward this. @usptwins u cant after bagging the shit out of this come back and read shit and be like this is actually ok?

Nice job @fenton! Gotta say alot of people will look to this for a DD/light auto-X car. I am not sure it can be that helpful on the track. If the price can be around 1000$, you will have my attention. Would be cool to see this kit on a car with a full exhaust with a header, tune, and E85

As i said before the system doesnt draw that much power, when it turns on i see the V drop a couple points, 28.8 to 28.5. After the initial balance of pressure it pulses to maintain. The pulse is so fast it isn't even noticeable you just start moving faster. Funny thing is on the dyno we accidentally forgot to connect the main battery bank for one run, what this triggered was only the partial throttle pressure match. The run followed the stock line dead on until about 3500 rpm then it jumped 10 hp as it detected the lower pressure between the charger and the throttle body. We didnt continue all the way to redline because we were trying to do a power run lol. |

Funny thing is all the highest power runs we have made were on the 3-4th consecutive run once the batteries are up to temp. |

This is very cool tech @fenton. The driving vids are impressive for what it is. The battery bounces back pretty quick!
