Pros and Cons? It's not a huge difference, so doubt anyone will notice but you. Pretty much the same tire size, and you should be able to run up to 245/35R18 on both. The 225-wide is better suited for a 7.5+8" wide wheel while the 245 is better on the 8.5" but there is a bit of play there (like folks with 225's on 9's, lol). I would suggest you choose the wheel width that gives you the best offset of the 2. For me, I would go with the 8" +37 as opposed to the 8.5+31 (+47 will fit but lots of tuck). The other thing to consider is suspension upgrade, not sure if you are lowered or not. Also, tire choice is a factor, easier to run the bigger tire with the 8.5+31. |

Best to post here as these guys are of the same mindset as you (stance crowd). http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...25171&page=123 As you can see from this thread (if you choose to read the whole thing or just a few pages), pretty crazy wheels and offsets can be made to fit if you want it to. The wheels will fit, but stanced is all about camber. Read on... |

Is it possible to have enough camber for a 17x8 +32 not to poke up front without it looking ridiculous?

Plan on running 18 x 10 +36 Square. Ideally I would like to run 275/35/18 square but i doubt i could fit that in the front. What do you guys suggest? I'm on coilovers.

I will run H&R coilovers and want a square wheel setup on my EU 2014 GT86.
Plan is to run 9.5x18 with either 245/40-18(MPSS) or 255/35-18(PZero) but the question is if I should go for ET35 or ET40? What issues could I be facing?

These are RPF1 17x8 +35. So you're only 3mm further out. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=37136 And with a mild drop, the natural camber will bring them in a bit. |

Not sure what you mean by stock wheels and Advan +47 wheels though. I would consider a wheel with a better offset instead of dealing with studs or extended lugnuts. |

Even with an 18x9 +35, you can fit a 245 on all corners easily. I am running that spec wheel with 255/35R18 currently with no rubbing and -2.2F/-2.0R camber on a 1" drop. With a 2" drop, you should be okay with 245/35R18 with the proper camber settings. |

With the +35, you will need more camber dialed-in to eliminate the poke or rubbing. Tire size for that wheel should be the 255/35R18 or 245/35R18. A 245/40R18 will be too tall. |
