I'm beginning to feel like the Photoshop meme with phishing emails.

"Pretty sure that's a phish. I can tell because I've seen a lot of phishes in my time, the sender domain doesn't match the subject, and the URL has nothing to do with Microsoft."

Yea, the whole franchise continues to disappoint me, and I'm a much bigger DC fan than Marvel when it comes right down to it.

Of all of them the most recent Superman movies are the worst. They need to steal Tyler Hoechlin from Supergirl. He's more of what I think of as Superman than anyone in recent history.

Aquaman was better than I thought it would be, but that's in context of the other movies in the DCVerse right now. (like @Tcoat says his superpower is talking to fish, you can only do so much).

so I don't know if anyone has tried this. these people were at a beer festival(not my thing. it was for a friend's b-day) I went to last weekend. after looking them up and reading some reviews I decided to give them a try. it should be in tomorrow. I'll put it to the test Saturday and report back.

p.s. price on amazon and their website is the same so I bought it on amazon in case they charged shipping.

I think the general consensus is that WW is the best DC movie so far. I really liked it and the GF who doesn't care for what she calls "Boom Movies" aka action liked it a lot.

I also thought Aquaman was just ok. but given that it was about Aquaman I think they over achieved. the GF REALLY liked it but that was just because Khal Drogo eye candy. thankfully I had Amber Herd's crazy self to look at.

Batman's easy to hate when it's Ben Afsuck. of course after Nolan's Batman movies how do you even compete? instant classics.

There are no miracle cures for hangovers and a bunch of vitamins in a patch sure as hell are going to do a thing other than placebo the crap outta your brain. Water, water and more water to combat the dehydration is the only answer. Some things such as eating greasy foods may help with some of the symptoms but all goes back to getting rehydrated.

Or staying hydrated in the first place. I always mix in a water between every other drink at a minimum.

True but I didn't care for how they went back and forth with her character. At some points she was naïve almost to the point of being dumb but others she all of a sudden was well informed and all knowing. I get the need for such changes to move the plot forward but the swings were just so random. If it had been a straight progression of growth fine but it wasn't.

That helps a little but since alcohol is such a strong diuretic it also means that you just piss out more and end up retaining just a marginal bit more than if you didn't drink the water. The best bet is to drink water several hours after you stop drinking but by them most are passed out.

I don't even start to drink until I am in a position to go straight to bed when I am done. I came very close to the edge of alcoholism back in my younger days so control when I drink very closely. I know that once I have one beer (I only drink beer now) I am going to have 6 or 7 more in fairly close succession. If I had a beer at say 6PM I would have a bunch and be ready for bed at about 8. To control this I never have a beer until 10PM. I mean NEVER! People think it is weird but it works for me.

I am fine on my own, can have one drink with dinner and be perfectly content. Socially though, especially if I'm not driving, I'll get white girl wasted with my homies sometimes.

See that is where I fail. I can never have that one drink. It is all or nothing!
