MAP Aluminum Oil Pan / +1.5qt Capacity / Turbo Oil Return / Available now!

Hey guys! Our sheet metal oil pan is now ready to be installed in your FRS/BRZ. Features a grooved billet plate, two extra bungs (one for an oil return line, and one for an optional oil temp or pressure gauge) and extra 1.5 quart holding capacity, as well as a built in baffle. Price will be $320 shipped in the continental U.S, and will feature our lifetime warranty. Please note, these will NOT fit with the OEM header. We are still interested in finding people to test these on other force inducted kits as well as N/A headers. Please PM me for more info on that.

Detailed specs:
  • 3/8" NPT bung for turbocharger oil return
  • Additional 3/8" NPT bung for oil temperature sensors or secondary return
  • 1.5 quarts of additional oil capacity ensures consistent supply to the pickup and helps reduce oil temperatures
  • Factory style drain tubes to avoid oil aeration and foaming
  • Integrated baffle reduces oil slosh and the potential for oil starvation
  • Each pan is pressure checked and includes a lifetime guarantee against leaks!
  • Includes replacement oil pan to block hardware (Not pictured)

Update 11/18

Well, as long as the extra capacity doesn't cost $900 (Cusco rear end cover) you may have some interested people.............

Nice.

Are you planning on making a windage tray to go with it?

By making it square won't you interfere withn most exhaust manifolds currently on the market?

I'll ask my fabricator if this piece will be stronger.

That is a very good question. I own the RevWorks header right now, so we will try it with that and my OEM manifold, along with our turbo manifold. But I will bring this topic up to my engineers on Monday.

The stock oil pan will take a MASSIVE hit without cracking. It will deform A LOT without cracking. There's also a big metal undertray protecting it. You're worrying about nothing.

Here is a shot from Crawford, I think, of the block with the oil pan removed. You can see that there's already a baffle up here, so I cannot imagine a windage tray doing anything.

Ground clearance is 4.9" on a stock BRZ... so you are saying you have less than 1" of ground clearance on your street driven BRZ?
