Died on the highway
So, I've recently rebuilt my motor, and everything has been going well, till yesterday. I was driving down the hwy at 65, after an hour or so of driving, and the car started to sputter, so I found a place to pull over, and as soon as I did it died. Thankfully I was close to my father's place, and he brought out a trailer to load my car onto to get it back home. We pulled codes as soon as we got back and pulled P0390, P0391, P0345, P0346. I did some research and came across many other posts and the SB for the shims on the cam sensors. According to the Toyota SB those codes identify the B2 intake and exhaust sensors with those corresponding codes. My main question is, does anyone know which side the "B2" sensors are on? Drivers or Passengers side? I've put a little over 500 miles on the new motor, but everything else is still factory, minus the header.
Edit: did some more digging. Found which side is bank 2. (I should have known this already, since I just rebuilt the motor.) Last edited by Passion86; 07-16-2018 at 02:40 PM. |
