Any recommendations to facing this problem?
Honestly the squeak sound itself doesn't bother me anymore, I'm just afraid of future problems due to it/the parts.
If you have the problem it should be covered by the 5yr/60,000 mile powertrain warranty. I would not recommend just letting the problem go. You should take it in a get it fixed as soon as you can. They sold you the car with the squeak or it started happening after?

I've been driving manual for more than 15 years. I've had stock and racing clutches. I only ride the clutch in stop and go traffic which doesn't happen too often. My FRS is a year and 9 months old with only 16k on it. There is no reason why this should be happening. I've driven cars for more than 30k with the same drive style and no issues. I just think it's a defective part.

From what I'm seeing, it's only audible on warm days/days after I've let the car sit for awhile without driving it. Sometimes it doesn't make the noise at all. I didn't find out about the squeak until 2 weeks after getting the car.
The power train warranty is transferred even after buying it used? Sorry for my lack of knowledge. I live next to a Toyota Dealership, but they're kinda eh..

If you guys think this car's clutch is squeaky, I just rode in a 66 Austin Healy...squeaks and rattles everywhere.

Doesn't matter. Happens every time I press the clutch pedal all the way to the floor.

I rarely press it back far down, so it doesn't bother me much. But it's just unfortunate that it's happening to a lot of us at such low miles.

My clutch pedal has developed the squeak too, early 2013MY, less than 30K miles but a crap ton of track days and canyons.

That's normal for that car.

It's not normal for our car to squeak.

So I took it in for the squeak/crunch for a second time (first time the sound went away after sitting 2 hours to get processed). I even gave the service guy some notes from this thread, and they had their "service tech with clutch and transmission expertise" work on it. After a 3 hour wait, I get the car back and a different guy writing up the receipt says "it was being caused by my fuel pump, and a new one was ordered..."
I tried to explain this is obviously not the "crickets noise" or a "ticking noise", and it happens with the application of the clutch pedal and he said they can try and look at it again if I want to schedule another appointment! I pressed the clutch and he said even he could hear it... I'm about done with this, really needs a TSB from Toyota or Subaru already!

I have developed the clutch pedal squeak this week. Sounds like OP video. I have a 2013 MY and about 15k miles.

Squeak is at the last half of the pedal travel. Happens with engine on or off. This made me think it was the fork mating points that needed lubrication as some have mentioned. Slave to fork surface was well greased already. While the engine off but still hot and pedal squeaky, I unbolted the slave and removed the fork boot to gain access to the lower portion of the fork. I was able to spray some Wurth HSS 2000 High pressure adhesive oil using a bendy straw to direct the oil on each of the fork prongs. Didn't spray much at all. Put the slave back on to test right after and no more squeak. Took it for another test drive and got the car hot and still no squeak.

Not sure how long this will last, but I'm 99% certain that my squeak originated from the mating surfaces of the clutch fork prongs to the throw out bearing since that is the only part of the fork I was able to lube.

It seems the Imprezza has this exact same problem according to a mechanic friend of mine. Throwout bearings are going out on those way before the clutches do as well. I wonder if they use the same part from subaru.
