Can someone check this out? Not sure what I should be looking out for exactly. Logged some daily driving with a few pulls here and there. First time doing and using this! Very interesting and fun

Yeah it is the first tank of e85. Trying to drive it around more to get a full fresh tank of e85. Will log again when I get another tank!
What are some things to look for for future reference? So I can keep an eye on things. Thanks for taking a look at the log. You are the e85/tune know it all on here

I'm looking to get headers on my car, does anyone know how much more hp/tq we could gain from a custom e85 map for headers vs the off the shelf stage 2 e85 map?

Just wondering if its worth the extra money for the custom map.

Depends on many factors

But from what I have seen cutting through all the BS, mods being equal you might get maybe 5 hp if your lucky.

However you might smooth power delivery low midrange and get a bit better fuel economy with a custom tune. Probably only worth it if you are running non standard intake. You could do most of it yourself with a bit of reading.

E85

I have a question about this tune, how does it effect the current gauge for amount of fuel in the tank. Will i have to fill up at about 1/4 left or will it just drain faster than usual?

And also the mpg? will the ecu adjust the mpg or will it be incorrect or does the tune correct that as well?

Gauge will operate same.

The mpg meter will be off. Usually it reads about 2 mpg higher than reality but when you use ethanol it's way off. Though I recall some way to adjust the readout....

Fuel gauge (ie fuel in tank) will read correctly as per normal

MPG readout will be aprox 30% off due to injector rescaling ie if it says 30mpg you actually getting about 21mpg

its possible their are some tables in ECU to adjust this, but no one has bothered to test.

you economy will be aprox 25% worse on E85 than on petrol but the fuel is cheaper.

Hey I'm running a v2.061 uel E85 and for some reason my rev limiter is set to 4600 but when I look at the tune in RomRaider its 7600. I've got crank tables, base timing B, and maf scaling changed. I can't figure out what's going on, any ideas?

Are you talking about Launch control limit ie when car stationary

or Flat foot shift limit when car moving and clutch depressed

of rpm limit when clutch engaged and over 10kmh

I believe it's just the regular rev limiter because my LC delta is set to 2600 and i'm not reaching the 5k. My Flat foot is set to 0 so that shouldn't be on.
