I wonder if one of the rear seats could be easily lifted to reveal a small lockable safe for when you're not near the car, but can't carry in your destination. |

Personally I'm a big fan of cargo pockets, but if I have to leave a firearm in the car it's going in the door cup holder with a bunch of napkins, between the passenger seat and the backseat, or the glove box.

Actually you can, it just a couple of forms. I work with several Canadian Citizens that have firearms in Texas. |

Interesting. May look into it eventually, but I'm not really in any rush. I'd prefer owning a gun but I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything if I don't have one.

That's the most stupid thing I've ever heard on the internet. Congratulations.

Because I don't live in America.
Yeah, take it out of context, wouldn't be the first time for people to use the wrong interpretation for their cause.

Guys, quit the political/social/personal opinion sharing unrelated to the OP's post.
If you know a good hiding spot for a fucking firearm then post it. Otherwise stay the fuck out of here. This thread is for discussion about where to secure a firearm in our cars and modifications about doing that (and only that). Take your political bullshit to yahoo answers. */end rant |

Well tell the anti gun Nazis to stfu because they obviously have no fucking idea where to put something they don't believe in. They seem to believe being free means telling other people how to live their lives and incessantly butting into other people's business. You don't like guns, good for you now mind your own effing business and leave the thread you have no business in. |

ZDan: Because I don't feel paranoid or constantly threatened? Swear to God, people who feel like they have to have a gun on them at all times to feel "safe" have to be extremely insecure. Maybe they should just stay in the house...
I hope you don't have a floor jack.. because according to your logic, that would make you paranoid that your car was going to break. All day every day you go around dreading that you are gonna have to use that jack, and hoping it is right where you left it.. sounds dumb because it is. a gun is a tool like any other. You buy it for when you need it. Those of us who have and carry our guns, don't think twice about having it with us. We pick it up like our keys, wallet, cellphone. We feel secure, not because we have a gun, but because we are the type of people who take responsibility for ourselves and those that depend on us. We plan ahead and try to be prepared in times of need, and that allows us to not fret about what might happen, because we have already done as much as we can to prepare for it. If you drag race you may go your whole life without ever using that fire extinguisher you keep up to date, but the stakes are too damn high to not have it for that one time when you need it, that doesn't make you paranoid, that makes your prepared. |
