I think I've only come across Borla UEL headers on a completely stock car once and that was at the last Atlantic City meet. Considering the second one is today I'd say it's a bit late to plan around that at all... I will say it was pretty quiet, but it still sounded good. It just didn't sound like much after hearing them with all these various aftermarket exhausts.

If you want to be just a bit louder there's a couple exhausts that come to mind. There's a Greddy one that @Sargy has and an Invidia one that @ has. I always say the wrong one so I don't want to steer you in the wrong direction. My guess is the Greddy Evo something and the Invidia Q300, but I might have that wrong...

How did your brain not explode while typing that. Also, your car was only a little louder than stock because you still had an aftermarket over-pipe and a high-flow catted front-pipe. Without those pieces the car is a lot more reserved.

Id reccomend finding the quietest resonated catback out there and trying that with a uel. To bad you didnt post this a few days ago as i just put my catback back on on wednesday
I have the same catback setup and car was loud with stock headers. With borla uels its extremely loud

Yep although im not sure how much it helps, last week me and @nataku put his muffler delete on my car (for about 10 mins) and that was stupid loud. I work at a dealer and we had people coming from all over the dealer to see what was making so much noise. My shopforeman said it was louder than the open header V12 he was working on the week before

Sorry for the "Blair Witch" video but I was trying to record it while plugging one ear and closing the other with my shoulder...

I believe it was mainly the first run. There are tons of pictures and threads about it on here showing the poor quality and not sealing properly. I believe one member actually sent his back for warranty work 3 times. They seemed to be standing by their work which counts, but I figured I'd go a different route and just avoid it all together. It sucks because they are the most affordable and best sounding in my opinion.

Speaking about exhausts, what do you guys think about the HKS hipower exhaust? I love the way it looks and the sound is so amazing.

I put a stock muffler back on my car to get rid of the backfiring. I sound like an Impreza. Exactly like an Impreza. It's aggressive though when I get on the gas. I think I'll start watching Impreza exhaust comparison videos now... Or I'll just fork out cash for this Quicksilver kit MMMMMMMMMMMM
